Hi, I have just bought the Smart Tank 515 All in One printer. It was installed using the Smart App. The scanning is not working and when I use the Hp Doctor to fix the scanning it gives "DEVICE MANAGER" error and to restart the computer. However, nothing happens. I have tried it several times.
I use a Windows Laptop with win 11.
Thanks for any suggestions.
