Hello,

My Scanner doesn`t scanning, exactly when I pick on Scan button, green light is blinking sometimes, and scanner doesn't scan. Scanner Lamp does not lighting.

Are you able to copy and print normally?

This looks like a hardware issue. 

 

However, to isolate the issue, kindly perform the steps from this document.
