Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Printer has been working well with no issues and then one day, no new changes to pc or to printer drivers, the scanning just starts and then stops. HP smart app just says "Scanning is Currently Unavailable" but resetting does nothing.

 

Copying also fails the same way, you click copy, it begins to calibrate, then just goes back to home screen. Does not give specific error, just goes back to home screen.
