Product: Hp 8610

So not only does my HP 8610 NOT fax anymore ... it no long scans to email or anywhere? I’ve tried everything and yes it’s up to date on the software! Please HELP!

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are unable to scan and fax.

  • Check the scanner bar functionality: Lift the scanner lid slightly, and then press the Copy button or icon to start a copy job. If the scanner light does not move or illuminate, the scanner mechanism requires servicing.
  • Are you getting any error message while printing and scanning?
