Product: Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw

We have a HP LaserJet MFP M479fdw multifunction printer/scanner 

 

  • Scanning from document feeder is not working?  Copying does.
  • When we purchased, we were told that unit would scan multiple pages from the document feeder??

Is there something that we are missing?
