Have scanned a document but cannot find it on my pc to retrieve it to send as an email.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

DId you scan using the HP Smart or the FULL featured software?

 

Try looking in the Pictures folder (if it's a JPEG scan) or Documents folder if it's PDF file.

 

Also try searching using the Date code in WIndows File in Explorer. (sort it in ascending or descending order for the dates or by Type (JPG or PDF etc)
