Hello.
We have a HP 1536dnf MFP in our office. Suddenly, scanning won't work on one of the PCs. The device says that it's scanning, but on the PC there's an error that says something like "It was unable to connect to the scanner. Check if the device is turned on, check the connections and check if the network works properly. If everything is ok, restart the device and try again".
I've tried all the steps that were written on HP support. Nothing helps. Other devices work fine and 1536dnf works fine on the other PC. The problem occurs only on one particular PC that has the same OS and drivers.
