I used to be able to use HP Scan software to scan multiple pages double-sided - I fed the multiple pages via the feeder then turned them all round, & re-fed them into the printer & the software would sort them appropriately. Now, with the HP Smart app, I can only scan one page at a time & have to add additional pages manually. What am I doing wrong? Possibly it changed when I updated my laptop. Thanks.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
This resource will show how to scan 2 sided document with the HP FULL software:
