Scanning error

Was using the automatic feeder feature of the scanner on my HP Photosmart 7520 when an error message Original Misdeed appeared.  Nothing will make it go away.  And now I can't even use the scanner bed to scan photos.  I've been using it successfully for a few weeks, and right in the middle of a pile of photos I have this issue.  Tried cleaning, many diagnostics, but message still comes up, even if I don't use the feeder option. Help!!

There are 2 solutions for you:

1. An 'Original Jam: Clear jam, and then press OK' Message Displays for HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One... 
2. Automatic document feeder does not pick paper or feeds too many sheets 

And you need to change this:
