Hi, I just read this on the forum  I have been scanning sheet music today, and got upside down pages.  I did update the firmware per your instructions, got a confirmation page that it was done, but I am still getting upside down pages.  Inconsistent which pages also.  I checked 3 times to be sure my originals were not upside down, and the preview pages also, before I clicked finish, and still got upside down ones.  What now?

I believe that this problem is related to the HP SW being too smart for its own good. If it sees a number in the margins on p2 that wasn't thereon p1 it may flip it. When I numbered both pages the same it got it right.
