I have tried downloading drivers and connecting the IP address, but I am still unable to scan from my OfficeJet 3833 to my new HP Chrombook. I cannot get a phone number for customer support and I do not know how to resolve my issues. I am currently able to print to the HP OfficeJet 3833 through Print Cloud, but cannot scan and I am at my wits end trying to resolve my issue. I do not know what I am doing wrong to be able to print, but not scan.
