Product: LaserJet Pro 200
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

My operating system is mac 10.15 Catalina.

Is HP Easy Scan compatible with the new mac operating system.  I get communication errors when I try to scan from either the platen or the document handler.

Hi,

There should be updates available soon, HP Easy Scan is not yet compatible with Catalina,

 

you may use Apple Image Capture, for now, to scan from Catalina, till any updates will become available:
