Scanning from printer to computer

having issues with copying from printer HP DeskJet 4255e to computer Windows 11. Forgot how to do this. Can anyone help?

To scan from your HP DeskJet 4255e printer to your Windows 11 computer, follow these steps:
 

Prepare Your Printer and Computer:
 

• Ensure that your HP DeskJet 4255e All-in-One printer is powered on and connected to your computer via USB or on the same wireless network.

Install Necessary Software:
 

• Make sure you have the necessary drivers and software installed on your computer. You can download the HP  app from the Microsoft Store, which will assist in scanning. Alternatively, ensure you have the full feature driver package from Official HP® Support.

Launch the HP App:
 

• Open the HP app on your Windows 11 computer.

• If this is your first time using the HP App, follow the on-screen prompts to set up your printer.

Initiate a Scan:
 

• In the HP app, look for the "Scan" tile and click on it.
