Hi there

 

I want to scan a physical document directly from the printer/scanner, however whenever I go into the HP app on my Iphone and select "Scan" it gives me this message "Scanning from the printer is not available when connected remotely".  However I did print the info page and it says the printer is connected to the usual WI-Fi network, which is exactly the same my Iphone. 

How can I solve this?
