First of all, HP support chat is awful. i am trying to report a bug, but they just kick me out once i say from which country i am. 

 

So. Using hp laserjet mfp m130fw and HP smart software for scanning. If i set computer language to my native language (latvian), then scan function is not working, it says that printer is offline! If i switch computer language back to English, then scan is working.

 

What kind of annoying bug is that? 🙂

Try a firmware update: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02919168

 

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the HP Smart App.
