Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Hi,

without any known reason a scanning problem appeared today.

The scan itself works, but the scanning result is always a full page auf differently coloured lines. The result is the same for both, scanning (scan to computer) and coping (scan & and print).

There is no error message.

What I already tried:

  1. If your printer has a rechargeable battery, remove it.

  2. With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the printer.

  3. Unplug the power cord from the power source.

  4. Wait 60 seconds.

  5. Reconnect the power cord to a wall outlet and to the printer.

    Note:

HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

  6. Turn on the printer to complete the reset.

Can somebody help me?

Regards,

Andreas
