Just installed a brand new HP Color LaserJet MFP E47528 and when clicking Scan from HP Smart I get the following error:
The printer is added to the network, everything else works great except scanning.

Also: updated the firmware, installed the drivers on a different PC, uninstalled and installed latest drivers from the HP website, removed and re-added the printer from both HP Smart and Control Panel, restarted the printer.
I see so many posts online about people having this issue but no fix.
How is this fixable?

I have figured it out by myself.
- Open the printer configuration page by entering its IP in the browser;
- Click on the Networking Tab;
- Under Configuration -> Click on Other Settings;
- Check the option "WebScan";
- Click Apply.
