My HP Photosmart All in One Printer C309a would scan to my W10 laptop from the printer using some software that showed 'HP Scanning' (I don't know what this software is??) I used to be able to ask it to scan to PDF or JPG or TIF etc but something has changed and now it will only select 'Doc to TIF 'or 'Photo to File' and I cant work out why?

If I knew what software it uses to scan then I could change settings I presume but I cant find what the software is.

Can anyone help? I have taken a screenshot of the HP scanning window below.
