Product: HP ENVY 6052 All-In-One Printer

When I try to scan a document the scan shows up blank, I’m not sure if my scanner is not aligned because it looks off i think the movers dropped it & now it’s not wanting to scan correctly.

It copies just fine, it’s just the scanning is an issue. The scanner isn’t even moving.

When the copy is fine that confirms that there is nothing wrong with the printer, your problem is on the device you are scanning from. A driver reinstallation will probably fix the scanning issue.
