Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I use WIN 11 OS and I have a Laser Printer MFC M28-31 connected to my Lenovo Laptop . There is no problem for printing and copying. But I am facing problems for scanning my documents and says " unable to communicate. " I have used HP Doctor ver 5.7.4, and after checking it says I am OK, try for test scan. I tried several times, but it is NOT scanning.

 

Please help me to resolve
