I cannot scan through HP Smart, when I click on the SCAN tile and try to login I am taken to a blacnk page where the only thing I can do is close the page. If I try to scan from the printer it says that the scanner is already in use and to wait till that task is done.
I have recently moved to a PC and had no probems scanning to mac.
I have downloaded the software and tried the Scan Doctor, all to exactly the same non response.
This is making me want to cry. HELP.

To be able to assist you better, I'd like to know the following-
- Are you able to make photocopies on the printer?
- What happens when you print from the computer?
- Is there any antivirus software installed on your computer?
