I recently purchased this printer and need to now scan and email a 15 page document.  I can't seem to get it to same it as 1 document rather than a file for each page.  

Can someone please help me, getting desperate.  Thank you

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Please refer to this resource which is to scan and save as Individual files, just need to uncheck that option to get multiple pages to be saved as one file:

 

HP Officejet Pro 8710/8720/8730/ 6960 /6970 series : Scan & save as individual PDF files

 

Save to a designated folder – can change the default scan name as well.
