Hi
I've recently purchased this printer/scanner and am very pleased with it. I just have one problem with the scanning. I can't find a way of saving multiple pages to one file. I'm using the document feeder and all the pages are going through, but they appear as separate files. I'd really appreciate any help on how to resolve this. Many thanks.

Most frustrating All-in-one I've ever tried to setup..
Just bought the HP Officejet Pro 6968 and installing it for use on two HP Laptops.
On one of the laptops, I installed from 123.hp.com which installed "HP AiO Printer Remote" on my laptop, but that didn't include any scan app so also had to install "HP Scan and Capture" app. That app looks nothing like what you have shown in this thread. How do I get it setup so as to scan multiple pages into ONE pdf (or whatever).
Tried to install from 123.hp.com onto another HP Laptop, but because Windows 10 (when upgraded from Win 8.1) didn't install Store correctly, I can't even get 123.hp.com to install for me. And where/how can I get the "HP Scan and Capture" (IF that is going to work correctly) when we cant get to the Store to download/install ..
What used to be a simple process, installing a new printer, has taken hours and hours to try to get all setup .. very frustrating.
UPDATE: Went back and re-installed, this time I didn't use the "Recommended" install and it installed what was showing in the video... it also installed "HP Scan" .. why such two different "installs" are done is beyond me.

On my HP Deskjet 3050A HP Scan software (similar to the Pro 6968), if the 'DPI' setting is higher than 300, the option to add multiple pages to the same document doesn't come up.
So if your DPI setting is high res like 600, then you might not be able to scan multiple pages to one file.
