Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

When scanning a few pages, it will scan the first page multiple times (like 30-40).  The other pages will eventually go through, but only the first pages shows up on the .pdf as 30-40 pages of page 1.

We already feedback this to HP Smart team. For the time being, you may try scanning using the Mac itself and please let me know the outcome.
