Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

On my previous printers I was able to scan multiple photos at one time and have them automatically save individually without me having to crop them one by one. I am having trouble figuring out if this is possible with this printer. I really would like to figure out a solution for this as scanning is one of the main things I would like to use this printer for.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the FULL featured printer software from HP for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-envy-photo-7800-all-in-one-printer-series/907315...

 

Go to Software Utility and download and install the HP FULL featured software.
Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

 

Scan multiple photos

This example will show you how.

The software says wont install or has error.  I have HP Pavillion laptop.

What kind of error are you seeing?  Have you installed the FULL featured software previously?

 

If you have can you uninstall and install and see if the HP FULL featured software can work?

 

This resource shows you how to uninstall and reinstall if help is needed.
