How do you scan multiple photos at once and get them saved as individual files? Nothing seems to work. It was very easy with my previous all-in-one printers. I have the HP 8020

If you have not done so,
Install the Full Feature Software for the printer.
The full driver printer software supports printing from Word and other programs.
The printer software includes "HP Scan" that can be used to scan multiple photos from the flatbed / glass.
