Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6968 All-in-One Printer

I can no longer use the scan feature on my HP 6960 after the macOS Sonoma 14.1.1 update.  Anyone else have this issue?  I did update the print driver software and apparently the scan software as well, but to no avail for the scanning.  Does this printer not even support macOS Sonoma?  Have to get another printer that will?  Thanks!

I have the same problem. Printing works but scanning does no longer work. Is there a solution for this problem in the meantime =

HP easy scan just loops. HP easy Admin does not find the software for HP Officjet Pro 6960

I was finally able to scan with my HP OfficeJet 6968 on Sonoma 14.2.1 by installing HP Smart from the Mac App Store.
