Are you able to copy normally? To isolate the issue, perform the steps from this document if required. 

 

Install HP Universal Scan - Full Feature Software and Driver: Full web pack provides various scan functionalities. Supports Windows 11.Supports OCR capabilities and Cloud Destinations.
