HP Recommended

Unfortunately not. HP support only suggest to use the paid HP service. They don't want to help you here. They cannot understand that this is only software issue. So proposing to unplug the cord from printer is funny. The printer can scan using other (not HP) software. So conluding - it is only HP software issue
