Hello,

I don't know how to get my Printer (as above ) to scan . I have a HP laptop and both printer and Laptop are WiFi. 

Printing is not an issue. 

Prior to me purchasing the new Laptop ( a couple of months ago) I could scan, however settings on this windows version are different and I am not getting a scanner to come up under Printers and Scanners. 

Any suggestions would be appreciated please. I have looked at utube and HP support and HP Support Assistant. 

No help with either.
