I’m scanning small size vintage photos.  Can I adjust the size of the scan or will it always scan the whole screen?

You may adjust it, different printers are provided with different capabilities so letting us know your printer model would be the starting point.

You are welcome.

From the HP Envy 7800 software select Scan and then click on Scan a Document or Photo.

Select Save as JPEG.

Set the Item Type as Photo.

Set the Page Size as Auto Detect Size.

Place the photos on the Flatbed glass with some spacing, approx. 1 cm from each size and press Scan, the software will auto crop the different pictures.
