Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended
macOS 12.0 Monterey

I scanned in many documents from my HP printer to my MacBook Pro, and each one said "successfully scanned". (I cannot use wireless scanning as my internet does not seem to support that so I use an ethernet cable and scan in each document separately.) I have searched in Downloads and Documents, and the scanned documents are not there. Where else would they be? Because I cannot use wireless scanning, does that mean that I cannot retrieve my scanned documents?

Thank you for any suggestions.

Hi @arnabeth,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you would like to know where the scanned files are saved.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

The default save location for scanned documents is the Documents folder and the Pictures library for scanned photos. You can save the scan in the default location or browse to a different folder.

To know how to change location or how to scan, refer to -How to scan with an HP printer

Keep me posted.
