Hi. I have just purchased a HP OfficeJet Pro 9010e printer. I have made an account. I have downloaded all drivers etc. I am able to print but not scan to my email address or a folder. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Sounds familiar. HP printer/scanner used to be reliable, with user-friendly software. My recent and current experience has turned me off HP altogether, and I'm going to start considering another brand.

Take a look at my problems, one of which is the Scan to Email function that we used to operate very easily from the printer/scanner panel itself. It would scan the document, ask if there were more pages to scan, give an option for Pdf or jpg, and launch the email client on completion of the process.

What the heck have HP done?
