Common problems HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to scan
We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new LaserJet MFP M227fdw system will scan to a folder and email, but it always creates the same file name.  So when scanning to a folder it creates a file with the prepended name I created "scan" without any appended numbers.  So in my case they always are created as "scan.pdf".  I would have expected it to produce files like "scan00123.pdf" or something along those lines.  Every new scan just overwrites the first scan.

This is really not working as I thought it would.  Any help on this is appreciated.

Thanks!

On pro models you should be able to set the scan to folder function to automatically add either a prefix or suffix to every scan. This is not a 277 screen capture but should have the same options

I made a mistake and this actually worked as intended.
