Hello, I have the printer above and I would like to scan an old picture using the flat bed scanner technique rather than feeding into the document feed. Can you help with this?
Thanks

Sure. From your scanning software select Flatbed instead of Document Feeder.

Hello. I work with a Mac and the Office jet 8620. After the automatic download of macOS Catalina, my scanner does not accept any flatbed scans anymore. It will only scan through the automatic document feeder. How can I solve this?
Thx beforehand!
