Good afternoon! Problem with scanning via SMB on HP MFP M443nda. The settings are made by analogy with the Kyocera printer. You need to configure scanning to a network folder. The path has the form: ""d\ДляПользователей\ОГМ"" and the communication test passes. But when scanning with an MFP, scanning does not go. At the same time, if the path is left "d", then the scan passes. what is the problem?

The path you enter is not entirely clear as the syntax you use is not normal. Here is what a path should look like when scanning to folder:

 

\\computername\foldersharername
