Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Prior to a clean reinstall of Windows 10, I was able to scan multiple pages as one pdf file from the Printer Panel.  After reinstalling Win10 and HP8715 software, OJ8710c1_Full_Webpack_40.12.1161,  multiple pages scan as individual pdf files.  Prior to reinstalling Win10, I was using a 8700, 8710, and a 8715 printer when working from  three different offices.  I only reinstalled the HP8715 software for the principle work location.

How do I configure the printer to scan multiple pages as one pdf file?  Printer S/N is: [Personal Information Removed]

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Can you go to the HP Scan software (using your PC) and disable the "Separate file as each scanned page"?

The try do a scan using your Software before trying to scan from the front panel again.

 

The Front panel scan takes the last saved options from the software.
