When I first set it up, it worked perfectly, then I moved and now every time I scan each page is a separate document. I want to scan five pages at a time and have them be one document, not five individual documents. How do I reset it?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

To save or email a multi-page scan as a single file, select a PDF option. Multi-page JPEG scans save as separate files.

To add pages to the same document or scan the other side, click the Add pages icon  on the bottom bar, place the next item face-down on the scanner glass, and then click Scan.

Follow this document for more: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03466081 (Step 3 under Scan using the scanner glass or Scan using the document feeder)

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
