Suddenly my scan option requires my email which has been stored . Each time I try to scan to email it asks me to put in email and a pin???

Welcome to HP support community.

 

If you do not remember the pin change it.

1. Touch Scan, and then touch Email.

2. On the control panel display, select the account that you want to change, and touch Modify.

3. Select which setting you want to modify, and follow the onscreen prompts.

● Change PIN

If you check the auto join you will not have to input the e-mail pin each time you scan.
