I've only had my current HP laptop and printer for one month. While scanning documents, many of the pages are upside down. That in itself is an issue that should not be. Editing is useless. When I select "Edit" and turn the page right side up, it looks very good. I select "Done" and nothing has been corrected. When I'm scanning a 50-page document and have to fuss with over 50% of the pages not scanning correctly I feel I've wasted my money. I've always had HP products because I felt they are they most reliable. I'm beginning to question my judgment.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Try this:

1. HP Smart > Auto Enhancements > Orientation (Rotate pages right side up = OFF)

2. Scan

After 4 hours of frustration last night, I was able to complete my job this morning in a little over 15 minutes. And with such a simple solution! Thank you so much. Makes me wonder why that tab is on in the first place. I've never gone into "Auto Enhancements" so I know I didn't turn it on. Thanks again! Saved the day!
