Hello, my printer won’t allow me to scan to my computer through HP Smart. Please advise on how to fix this. Thank you.

@Bbrachman, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to scan. To assist you better, 

  • Do you get any errors while trying to scan?
  • Are you able to print from the HP Smart app?
  • Use the HP Scan and Capture app from the Microsoft Store and check if that helps.
