I scanned once but unable to do again.  It should be idiot proof but for the life of me I can't figure how to repeat the process.  Thank you.

I understand you want to know how to scan. To assist you better, which device are you using to scan?

 

For more info on scanning, refer to - How to scan with an HP printer

You may change the settings as required.

 

Use the HP Smart app to scan.
