Hi @MrBrown9,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand how important it is to have all your pages neatly combined into one PDF it saves time and keeps things organized.

Could you please share the HP printer or scanner model you’re using, and whether you’re scanning through the HP Smart app, the printer’s control panel, or your computer’s built-in scanning software?

In the meantime, here are a few  steps that often resolve this issue:

HP Smart app: When scanning, look for the “Add Pages” or “+” option after each scan. This lets you continue scanning more pages before saving them as a single PDF.

Printer control panel: Some models allow you to select “Multi-page PDF” directly from the scan settings.

Computer scanning software: If you’re using Windows Fax and Scan or HP Scan software, check for a “Save as PDF” option and ensure “Combine into single file” is selected.

Driver/software update: Make sure your HP software is up to date, as older versions may not support multi-page PDF creation smoothly.

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
