When I scan a 8x11 paper to my computer using the ADF, and  select two-sided document everything works great - I get one PDF with both sides of the paper.  I can put multiple 8x11 pages in the ADF, and get all sides of all sheets scanned to a single PDF - this works great too.

However, if I try to scan any other paper size (credit card bill, for example), only the first side of the first page is scanned and the scan is stopped.

How do I get non-8x11 paper (single or multiple) to scan multiple sheets double-sided?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Are you able to scan non 8x11 from the scanner glass?

Also, check the paper handling specifications for the ADF from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06237484#AbT9

Let me know if this helps.

Have a great day!
