Scans crooked

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740  just bought it NIB.  We've only used it a handful of times and every time we scan documents using the ADF and paper guides, they come out crooked!   If scanned from the glass the scan is fine, so it's something with the feeder.  What can be done to correct this?      This is very irritating, we purchased this for our business and I don't have time to stand at the printer and load documents 1 x 1.

I just purchased our HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 and love it!  It's really easy to use, the set-up was a breeze and it's a beast!   Only problem is.....it will NOT scan straight from the ADF!   I'm using the paper guides correctly, making sure there's no creases or folds in the document, I even tried cleaning the rollers, even though it's less than a month old, I even tried feeding only one doc at a time nothing is working!    All of my doc's are askew a few inches to the right.   

This is such a bummer because I run my business from home, and I honestly don't have time to scan one document at a time on the glass.
