Okay, my last question was answered quickly & accurately by Repairatrooper, so I'm going to ask another. Scans from the ADF are a little bit crooked. The HP CSR told me to clean the roller, but the printer is brand spanking new. That seemed to help, but I don't think it will last. Does anyone have a better idea?

Depending on how crooked the scans are it might be within "allowed specs". These ADF units are not designed to the tolerances of enterprise level products. The allowable design skew is likely 2-3 mm over a 5 cm distance. Side guides that are too lose will contribute to poor scan alignment. Does it scan straight when using the flat glass? If not the scan bar might be kinked and in that case the unit would need to be serviced/replaced

I’m sorry Raj, but I’ve checked that many times & printer diagnostics isn’t available for a Mac.  I called support and they were of no help. I’m not the only person with this issue. Are there any solutions for ADF scans coming out crooked. Cleaning the rollers doesn’t help at all. I’m extremely dissatisfied  with HP support and unless I find a solution I will just return the printer
