HP Laser MF 477
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

In our network we have a HP printer and a brother printer. Whenever we tried the scan to Pc option form our hp printer, It asks us to choose wich scan apps to use bettween windows fax and scan, paperport and control center. Is there a way to specify which program to run when select the scan to Computer option on My HP Printer MFC 477 and not having to go to the computer to choose one?  We do not want to remove the control centrer and the paper port software on our computer.

Your assistance would be appreciated.

Thanks in advanced.

I do not have a Laserjet printer.

IF the following is available, it might be relevant / helpful.

Set the printer as the Default printing device

Set the Scan Properties to the scan program

Example:

Scan_Properties_1CScan_Properties_1C

Reference and Resources – Places to find (more) help and learn about your Printer

Printer Homepage – “Things that are your printer”

Drivers / Software / Firmware Updates, Videos, Bulletins/Notices, How-to, Troubleshooting, User Guides, Product Information, more
