Hi @SandraMaldonado,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Network and Hardware Connection:

  • Ensure your printer is powered on and connected to your Wi-Fi network.
  • Place the printer within the range of the network router.

Download and Install HP Software:

  • Visit the HP Support Page for the latest drivers and full feature software for your printer.
  • Download the driver specific to the HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e compatible with Windows 11.
  • Run the installer and follow the on-screen instructions.

HP Smart App Setup:

  • Download the HP Smart App from the Microsoft Store.
  • Open the app and create an HP account if you don't have one.
  • Select "Add Printer" and follow the app’s instructions to find and connect to your printer.

Check Windows Printer Settings:

  • Go to Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners and ensure your HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e is listed.
  • Set it as the default printer if it isn't already.
  • Click on the printer name and ensure there are no pending print jobs that might be causing errors.

Check Connectivity Issues:

  • Verify that both your computer and printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
  • Restart your router if there are any connectivity issues.

Print a Test Page:

  • Right-click on the printer in the "Printers & Scanners" section and select "Printer Properties."
  • Under the "General" tab, hit "Print Test Page" to confirm if the printer is set up correctly.

I hope this helps.
