Hi! @karen93,

Are you using the scan to email feature to share?

Try the steps recommended below.

Add contacts to the E-mail Address Book

  1. In the left navigation pane, click E-mail Address Book to add email addresses to the address book accessible from the printer.

To enter an individual email address complete the following task:

    1. In the Contact Name field, enter the name of the new email contact.

    2. In the Contact E-mail Address, enter the email address of the new email contact.

    3. Click Add/Edit.

To create an email group, complete the following task:

    1. Click New Group.

    2. In the Enter the group name field, enter a name for the new group.

    3. Click a name in the All Individuals area, and then click the arrow button to move it to the Individuals in Group area.

      NOTE:

Select multiple names at one time by pressing Ctrl and then clicking a name.

    4. Click Save.

If contacts are saved in Microsoft Outlook, export them into a .CSV file, and then use that file to import them into the printer.

Create a CSV file using Microsoft Outlook

1. From the Outlook File menu, choose Import and Export....

2. In the Import and Export Wizard, choose Export to a file, and then click Next.

3. Select Comma Separated Values (DOS), and then click Next.

4. Select the Contacts folder, and then click Next.

5. Enter in a name for the file, with a .CSV extension. Click Browse to choose a location on the computer to save the file. Click Next.

6. Click Finish to finish the wizard and export the file.

7. To import the .CSV file into the printer, follow Steps 4 and 5 of Importing an address book.
