Hello,
Same problem here. From what I found on the internet, loads of people are having the same issue. There is a post in the german Microsoft forums from a user, stating that uploads to OneDrive stopped working for him in August 2024 already (https://answers.microsoft.com/de-de/msoffice/forum/all/hp-smart-drucker-und-android-app-speichert-ni...).
It seems that nobody wants to take responsibility — neither Microsoft nor HP. Or nobody seems to care 🤷
Until the problem will hopefully be resolved one day, I save my files to Google Drive and then move them to OneDrive from time to time.
You could also have the scanned documents mailed to you and then save them to OneDrive from your email application.
I know, those workarounds are lame – but it works for me as I only use this feature to have my receipts scanned with my phone a few times a week.
Cheers
Chris

This is an impertinence! After months I'm going to return the product now because they don't fix it.
Other 3rd party products work with onedrive so there's no excuse.
My ensurance pays my lawyer so I give a **bleep** now, either.

I still have the same problem. I deleted the shortcut, but I can't add it back again. The link to sign into OneDrive fails.
Update: I finally got frustrated at the lack of support information on this issue. So I said "What have I got to loose?" So I set the printer to factory default and set it up again like a new printer. That solved the connectivity issue. The printer must have stored some corrupt settings somewhere that aren't accessible in the app.
To do a reset, click on Printer Settings>Advanced Settings>click OK to go to the settings, then click on Settings>Restore Defaults>Restor Factory Defaults.
